Video: Joey Logano Slams Outside Wall After Cut Tire in Kansas Practice

Joey Logano crash Kansas Speedway 2022 practice
Joey Logano lost a left rear tire and went hard into the outside wall during Saturday’s NASCAR Cup Series practice session at Kansas Speedway.

Left rear tires are going down left and right. During the NASCAR Cup Series A & B group practice sessions, five total left rear tires went flat, resulting in three cars ending up in the wall.

The final one of the session was last week’s race winner Joey Logano.

Logano had the left rear go down, which sent his No. 22 Verizon 5G machine around. Logano would pound the outside wall and will have to go to a backup car.

Here is video of Logano’s incident:

In addition to Logano, Chris Buescher and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. also made contact with the outside wall after their left rear tires went flat during the session. Cody Ware went for a spin after he had a left rear tire go down and Ryan Blaney also had a left rear tire go flat, but he ended up getting back to pit road without an incident.
