Tyler Reddick has had a phenomenal rookie campaign in the NASCAR Cup Series this season. He sits just outside the Playoff cut-line with six races remaining until the Playoffs.
Despite announcing earlier in the year that he has a contract in place with Richard Childress Racing for 2021, rumors had begun swirling lately, with all of the wild silly season dominoes that have begun to fall, that Reddick could move to a new team next season. Reddick shot down the rumors during a media zoom call on Friday.
“I’m glad I know where I’m going to be next year,” Reddick said in response to the news that Erik Jones would not be re-signed by Joe Gibbs Racing. “I’m going to be at RCR.”

Reddick, who won the last two NASCAR Xfinity Series championships while driving for two different teams, has scored two top-five finishes and seven top-10s. His best finish to date in the Cup Series was a runner-up finish at Texas Motor Speedway a few weeks ago.
