Spire Motorsports will allow fans to choose the paint scheme that Justin Haley will run in the NASCAR All-Star Race on July 15th, at Bristol Motor Speedway, confirming that Haley will be piloting the same car that he brought to victory lane last summer at Daytona International Speedway in the prestigious race. The vote will take place as a series of polls across Spire Motorsports’ social media platforms, eventually selecting the paint scheme that Haley will run in the NASCAR All-Star Race.

Haley, the second-year NASCAR Xfinity Series driver, will pilot the team’s No. 77 Fraternal Order of Eagles Chevrolet in the first NASCAR All-Star Race for both Justin Haley and Spire Motorsports, as well as the first NASCAR All-Star Race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Spire now has a technical alliance with Rick Ware Racing, after the four-car NASCAR Cup Series organization completed the purchase of Premium Motorsports earlier this season, the team which Spire Motorsports had received technical support from last season.

The No. 77’s eligibility is the result of one of the biggest upsets in NASCAR Cup Series history last summer at Daytona International Speedway. Crew chief Peter Sospenzo and the whole Spire Motorsports team made an excellent strategy call, one that allowed the No. 77 to be leading the race when the rain brought the cars down pit road for the red flag, eventually ending the race with Justin Haley and the No. 77 declared as the winners of the event.
