On Thursday, RFK Racing announced that Solomon Plumbing, which joined the team as a primary sponsorship partner in 2022, will return for the 2023 NASCAR Cup Serie season.

The primary sponsorship extension will place the Solomon Plumbing colors on the No. 6 Ford Mustang, driven by Brad Keselowski, in four races this year.

“We’re thrilled to have our friends at Solomon Plumbing back with us for more races and action in 2023,” said Steve Newmark, President of RFK Racing. “Any time we retain partners in this sport, it is a positive for our team as it proves that our marketing activations and platforms are successful off the track. Danny (Solomon Plumbing CEO) and his team have been amazing to work with thus far, and we look forward to more great adventures this season.”

Solomon will get its 2023 primary sponsorship schedule started at Richmond Raceway on April 2nd and will follow that up with primary sponsorships at Nashville Superspeedway on June 25th, Darlington Raceway on September 3rd, and Talladega Superspeedway on October 1st.

Last season, Solomon served as the primary sponsor for Keselowski at the Bristol Dirt Race, Gateway, Atlanta, and Kansas. Keselowski had a best finish of 11th for the company last season, he’ll look to improve upon that in 2023.

Keselowski moved to RFK Racing as a driver and co-owner for the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series season after 12 seasons with Team Penske. While RFK came out of the gates strong at Daytona International Speedway, winning both of the Bluegreen Vacations Duel qualifying races, the team had a rough start to the season.

However, down the stretch, RFK Racing and its drivers Keselowski and Chris Buescher really started making strides.

Buescher scored the win at Bristol Motor Speedway in the fall, his second-career win, while Keselowski scored four of his six top-10 finishes in the back half of the season.

Keselowski ended the 2022 season 24th in the NASCAR Cup Series championship standings, but he also endured a massive 100-point penalty following the race at Atlanta for the modification of a single source-supplied part.

Without the penalty, Keselowski would have ranked 21st in the championship standings.
