Kevin Harvick has been the dominant car Sunday at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. He started from the pole and he has now led 77 of the 120 laps that have been run through the first two Stages of the Big Machine Vodka 400. Harvick missed out on the Stage 1 win, but he was leading when a debris caution came out to end Stage 2.

Kyle Larson finished runner-up in the Stage in his No. 42 McDonald’s Car.

Ryan Blaney, Joey Logano — who won Stage 1 — and Clint Bowyer rounded out the top-five in Stage 2.

Daniel Suarez, who is battling for the final playoff berth and was involved in an incident when he slapped the wall earlier in the race, has rebounded to sixth.

Kurt Busch finished the Stage in seventh after fading on the final restart.

Jimmie Johnson, also in the thick of the battle for the final Playoff spot, came home eighth in the Stage.

William Byron and Aric Almirola also scored Stage points by finishing ninth and 10th.

Ryan Newman is the third man in the final Playoff Position battle, and he finished 12th in the Stage.

Kyle Busch’s motor expired while running inside the top-five just before lap 90. He will end the race in 37th position.
