There are 39 drivers on the preliminary entry list for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the 22nd event on the 2025 calendar.

With the maximum starting field for each NASCAR Cup Series event in 2025 set at 40 drivers, there will be no teams sent packing before the drop of the green flag in Sunday’s 400-mile contest.

Alongside the 30 teams that hold a NASCAR Cup Series charter, Front Row Motorsports drivers Noah Gragson (No. 4), Todd Gilliland (No. 34), and Zane Smith (No. 38), as well as 23XI Racing drivers Bubba Wallace (No. 23), Riley Herbst (No. 35), and Tyler Reddick (No. 45) are running without charters this weekend.

Other open entries competing at Indianapolis Motor Speedway include the No. 62 for Beard Motorsports, driven by Jesse Love, the No. 66 for MBM Motorsports, driven by Josh Bilicki, and the No. 78 for Live Fast Motorsports, driven by Katherine Legge.
