Denny Hamlin will have a brand new look on his No. 11 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry for this weekend’s Quaker State 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway, as Coca-Cola will provide sponsorship of the car.

The No. 11 machine will feature the iconic red and white colors of Coca-Cola and the car will have chrome No. 11s on the sides.

Joe Gibbs Racing revealed the paint scheme, which was designed by BLACKBEARD LTD, with a video on Twitter:

Coca-Cola jumping onboard Hamlin’s car makes tons of sense for this weekend. Not only has Hamlin been a longstanding member of the Coca-Cola Racing Family, but Atlanta, Georgia is home base for the soft drink brand.

Hamlin has scored two wins during the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series season, but it’s been boom or bust through the opening 18 races of the season for the usually consistent 41-year old driver.

The Virginia-native has only scored four top-10 finishes this year, but as the series moves closer to the Playoffs, Hamlin will attempt to get find more consistency. This weekend’s race at Atlanta Motor Speedway will be a hybrid restrictor-plate style event, which suits Hamlin’s driving style well.

If Hamlin can score his third win of the season, Sunday at Atlanta, I think it’s a safe bet that he and the No. 11 team will shower everyone with the fizziness of Coca-Cola.
