Clint Bowyer Wins Stage 1 of Toyota 500 at Darlington

Stewart-Haas Racing’s Kevin Harvick took the first race victory since NASCAR’s return from the coronavirus pandemic. Wednesday, Harvick’s SHR teammate Clint Bowyer picked up where he left off in Stage 1 of the Toyota 500 at Darlington.

Bowyer cruised to the Stage 1 win, while Martin Truex Jr., who scored his first top-10 of the 2020 season a week ago, was second.

Ryan Blaney finished the Stage in third, while Alex Bowman and Joey Logano rounded out the top-five.

Aric Almirola was sixth, and the sport’s Most Popular Driver Chase Elliott was seventh.

Denny Hamlin, Matt Kenseth and Ryan Preece capped off the top-10 from Stage 1 of Wednesday’s race.
