Corey LaJoie and the No. 7 Spire Motorsports team will be sporting a new look on its No. 7 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 in the May 28th Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. AeroVanti, a private luxury aviation company, will bring its white, red, gray, and gold colors to the racing machine.

The paint scheme will feature AeroVanti’s “Golden Goose” logo on the hood.

In addition to the sponsorship partnership, LaJoie’s No.7 car will feature the name of U.S. Navy Captain Brian Bourgeois, who was the Commanding Officer of SEAL Team 8, on the windshield of the car all weekend long. Bourgeois died in a training incident in December 2021.

AeroVanti is proud to join Spire Motorsports in honoring the fallen veteran.

“Capt. Bourgeois was a decorated combat veteran, a Bronze Star Medal with Valor recipient, an incredible commander of the most elite fighting force in the world, and the recipient of the Pat Tillman Leadership Award,” said AeroVanti Founder and CEO Patrick Britton-Harr. “He was also a husband and father of four children, a man of remarkable strength and integrity, whose legacy will be one of steady leadership and impeccable character, having left a tremendous mark on this world. We are honored and humbled to share a car with Capt. Bourgeois and are grateful to Spire Motorsports and Corey LaJoie for joining us in this tribute.”

LaJoie, 31, is enjoying an incredible season on the track in the NASCAR Cup Series. The racer scored his career-best finish of fourth at Atlanta Motor Speedway in March, and LaJoie has already amassed three top-15 finishes through the opening eight races this year.

The North Carolina native’s career-best finish in the Coca-Cola 600 was a 12th-place effort in 2019 while driving for Go FAS Racing. LaJoie will look to better that finish in a few weeks.

  1. I wouldn’t be proud of partnering with AeroVanti. They are scam artists who steal flight deposits and then ghost their “members.” They are committing wire fraud.
