Connor Mosack is returning to Spire Motorsports for a limited schedule in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series in 2026, piloting the team’s No. 7 Chevrolet Silverado RST.
The 26-year-old driver will make his first start of the year in the series’ inaugural trip to the Streets of St. Petersburg on March 28. An additional 11 races will follow for Mosack in 2026, including a mixture of road courses, speedways, and short tracks.
In 2024, Mosack contested a six-race schedule with Spire Motorsports in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, in which he collected a best finish of third-place at Homestead-Miami Speedway, and a total of four top-10 finishes.
“I’m eager to return to Spire Motorsports in 2026,” said Mosack. “I enjoyed my time with the team two years ago, and I’m looking forward to working with Brian [Pattie] and the No. 7 team again. Representing Friends of Jaclyn Foundation is a responsibility that’s important to me. I was introduced to the founder, Dennis Murphy, several years ago, and was really moved by his story and mission. I’ve been a part of the Adopt-A-Child program in the past and worked with two young boys, both who were battling pediatric cancer, and their families. To witness those challenges, firsthand was very impactful. Raising awareness for what FOJ is doing is important to me.”
Throughout his time competing in NASCAR’s National Series, Mosack has made starts in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, and the ARCA Menards Series, with decent results across all three platforms — including two ARCA wins.
Last season, Mosack competed full-time in the NASCAR Truck Series for McAnally-Hilgemann Racing in the No. 81 Chevrolet Silverado, while also taking on part-time gigs in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series for Viking Motorsports, JR Motorsports, and SS-GreenLight Racing.
“What makes Connor Mosack and Spire Motorsports special is their commitment goes far beyond visibility,” said Dennis Murphy, Founder and President of The Friends of Jaclyn Foundation. “By putting Friends of Jaclyn on Connor’s truck, suit, and helmet, they helped turn racing into a source of love, connection, and belonging for children battling pediatric cancer and disease. Connor leads with authenticity and heart, and Spire has created the best space for him to do it. That kind of leadership has changed many children’s lives, battling the beast.”
The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series’ inaugural visit to the streets of St. Petersburg will be televised live on FOX on Saturday, February 28 at Noon ET. The third event of the season will be broadcast live on the NASCAR Racing Network and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
