BRUNT Workwear and Black Rifle Coffee Company are teaming up with Niece Motorsports to bring a one-two punch of Travis Pastrana and Cleetus McFarland to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Fresh from Florida 250 at Daytona International Speedway.

As previously announced, Pastrana, an icon across motorsports and extreme sports platforms, will be piloting the No. 42 Chevrolet Silverado RST in the season-opening event. McFarland, a popular motorsports content creator, will look to pilot the No. 4 Chevrolet Silverado RST in the event, pending NASCAR’s approval.

McFarland, who has made select starts in the ARCA Menards Series, will need approval from the sanctioning body to race at Daytona, courtesy of a test session scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, at Rockingham Speedway.

Pastrana is one of the most well-known global action sports stars in the world, picking up multiple X Games gold medals and rally championships. The Annapolis, Maryland-native has sporadically appeared throughout NASCAR’s National Series since 2011, including six total starts in the NASCAR Truck Series.

The most-recent NASCAR appearance for Pastrana included a double-duty weekend at Daytona International Speedway, where he finished 13th in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (for Niece Motorsports) and 11th in the DAYTONA 500 for 23XI Racing.

“I’m pumped to get back on track at Daytona,” Pastrana said. “This will be my first NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race since 2023, so jumping back into the Niece Chevrolet is going to be a blast. Daytona is one of those places where anything can happen, and lining up with Cleetus and Ricky just adds to the fun. BRUNT and Black Rifle Coffee Company have been awesome partners, from everything we’re doing at Pastranaland to Channel 199, so it’s pretty cool to take on this next challenge together and see how it plays out.”

Meanwhile, Garrett Mitchell (AKA Cleetus McFarland) has built one of the largest followings in motorsports through his viral YouTube content, grassroots racing program,s and high-performance automotive builds.

The 30-year-old driver dipped his toes into the ARCA Menards Series for the first time last February at Daytona, before running a four-race schedule for Rette Jones Racing — Daytona, Talladega, Bristol, and Charlotte.

McFarland was making those starts with the support of Greg Biffle, who passed away over the off-season in a tragic plane crash in Statesville, North Carolina. Now, the Bradenton, Florida-native is working towards one day making the DAYTONA 500 in honor of his friend.

“I’ve been lucky to drive a lot of really cool stuff, but Daytona in a NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck is a whole new level,” McFarland said. “This is my first time in the series, so I know it’s going to push me way outside my comfort zone, and that’s what makes it so exciting. I’m incredibly grateful to have partners like Black Rifle Coffee Company, BRUNT, and Niece Motorsports backing us every step of the way. We’re going to go have some fun and see what this thing can do.”

The experience of Pastrana and McFarland running Daytona together will be brought to life through a multi-episode video series on Channel 199, Pastrana’s YouTube platform, which will offer behind-the-scenes access throughout the buildup to race day. Special one-race paint schemes for the event will be revealed in the coming days.

Pastrana and McFarland will hit the racetrack in the Fresh From Florida 250 at Daytona on Friday, February 13 at 7:30 PM ET on FOX Sports 1, NASCAR Racing Network, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
