Kyle Sieg Set for Xfinity Series Debut with DGM Racing at Dover

Kyle Sieg – the younger brother of NASCAR Xfinity Series competitor Ryan Sieg — will finally get the chance to race against his brother in Saturday’s Drydene 200 at Dover International Speedway, while making his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut for DGM Racing.

Sieg, 20, will pilot the No. 90 Independent Metal Strap entry for DGM Racing in Saturday’s 200-lap event at the track commonly known as “The Monster Mile”. 2000 NASCAR Xfinity Series Champion and Sieg’s crew chief in the ARCA Menards Series, Jeff Green, will call the shots for the youngster’s NASCAR National Series debut.

“We are delighted to bring Kyle Sieg to our driver line up as he’s coming fresh off a top-10 ARCA finish at Kansas Speedway,” said Mario Gosselin, Owner of DGM Racing.

The Tucker, Georgia-native’s first venture into the NASCAR Xfinity Series will coincide with a weekend where the ARCA Menards Series East will be at the same facility, allowing Sieg to get additional on-track time in preperation for his NASCAR National Series debut on Saturday.

At this time, Sieg and RSS Racing are expected to compete part-time in the ARCA Menards Series this season, with the possibility of expanding their schedule to include all 20 events. After the series’ last event at Kansas – Race 4 of 20 — Sieg sits fourth in points, with a pair of top-five finishes at Daytona and Phoenix and no finish worse than eighth.
