Greg Biffle, a 19-time NASCAR Cup Series race winner and champion of the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, will compete in the upcoming ARCA Menards Series West race at Tri-City Raceway in West Richland, Washington on August 10.
The 54-Year-Old racer, who was a first-time nominee for the NASCAR Hall of Fame this year, will pilot the Sigma Performance Racing No. 23 Chevrolet sponsored by Sigma Performance Services. Biffle, a native of Washington, will look to thrill his hometown fans with a return to the ARCA West Series.
“I’m so excited to return to the famous Tri-City Raceway in the Tri-Cities, Washington area,” Biffle said. “I’m looking forward to returning to the track in an ARCA West car almost 30 years after I won the track championship. It’s an honor to drive for one of the teams well-known in the sport, and I’m very grateful for the opportunity to return to racing at this historic Northwest racetrack.”
Biffle contested two races in what is now known as the ARCA Menards Series West in 1996 and scored a best finish of fourth at Altamont Motorsports Park. The driver, who was named one of NASCAR’s 75 Greatest Drivers last year, will look to snag his first career ARCA West win.
The Sigma Performance Racing team is proud to have a legendary driver like Biffle pilot its race car.
