Daniel Hemric is shaking off the rust ahead of the 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series campaign, sitting on the pole for Saturday’s ARCA Menards Series West event at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway.

The Kannapolis, North Carolina-native has had a solid start to the race weekend after the driver of the No. 19 NAPA Auto Care Chevrolet SS was also the fastest car in practice.

Tanner Reif was second in the No. 13 for Central Coast Racing, while Kyle Keller, Trevor Huddleston, and Eric Johnson, Jr. rounded out the remainder of the top five.

Despite being the second-fastest driver in practice, newly-signed driver Robbie Kennealy, who will pilot the No. 9 for the entire ARCA Menards Series West season with Jan’s Racing Team qualified in sixth spot.

Adrian Ferrer, Spencer Davis, Gavin Ray, and Blake Lothian completed the top-10 in qualifying.

Cody Dennison and David Smith rounded out the 12-driver field. Smith was the slowest of the 12 drivers, piloting the No. 05 Toyota for Shockwave Motorsports.

The West Coast Stock Car Motorsports Hall of Fame 150 at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway will air on Saturday, January 25 on FloRacing at 6:30 PM ET.
