After facing some early-race mechanical issues in his most recent ARCA Menards Series start at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Ryan Roulette is ready to return to the series for this weekend’s event at Michigan International Speedway.
Roulette will get behind the wheel of his No. 67 Ford Mustang as part of his 2025 ARCA Menards Series campaign with Maples Motorsports. VFW and SAVE22, long-time partners for Roulette, will once again serve as major sponsors for the event.
The Minot, North Dakota-native will be making his second career start at the two-mile racetrack, after collecting a 16th-place finish in the event last August with Fast Track Racing.
Since debuting in the ARCA Menards Series four years ago, Roulette has been able to balance his duties both as a B-52 pilot and a professional racecar driver.
As the 38-year-old driver has continued to build upon his racing prowess with additional on-track experiences, Roulette is hopeful to improve upon his finish from last season.
In 17 starts in the ARCA Menards Series, Roulette has scored a pair of top-10 finishes, the best of which was an eighth-place result at Salem Speedway in 2024.
Earlier this season, at Daytona International Speedway, Roulette collected a ninth-place run in his debut race with newly-formed ARCA team Maples Motorsports.
One of the most unique parts of Roulette’s racing program is the inclusion of VFW members as honorary pit crew members at each event — which not only honors service members but also strengthens the bond between the racing community and military service members.
In Michigan, Roulette will have Reinold Yahnka, a U.S. Air Force Veteran, as an honorary pit crew member for Friday’s Henry Ford Health 200.
Yahnka served as an Armament Systems Specialist in Southeast Asia at Ubon Royal Thai Air Force Base, as well as Korat Royal Thai AFB during the Vietnam War. He also served at Minor ADF, ND for seven years.
Roulette, being from Minot, North Dakota, will likely be bonding with Yahnka this weekend, as they have plenty to discuss about the Minot region. Yahnka now serves as the State Commander for the Department of Michigan VFW with his wife Diana, three children, and five grandchildren.
The Henry Ford Health 200 at Michigan International Speedway will take place on Friday, June 6 at 5:00 PM. Coverage of the event will be on FS1.
