HOLY CRAP…. WHAT. A. SAVE. BY. CHANDLER. SMITH.

Barring something insane going down in the closing laps of Friday Night’s General Tire 200 at Pocono Raceway, Chandler Smith’s finishing result will not be indicative of the run he had, as he was fighting for the victory with Corey Heim and Ty Gibbs.

In reality, the restart with 18 laps to go probably went just about as good as it could have, considering Smith was just about launched into both the inside and outside wall. No cars actually wrecked, but Chandler Smith and the No. 25 had to hit pit road and Ty Gibbs had a tire rub for multiple laps after the restart.

Regardless, that is the most insane thing that Chandler Smith will do in his career, the fact that everyone still has their cars intact is just amazing.
