Anything can happen at the high banks of Daytona International Speedway, including an emotional win for a young driver and his historic team.
On the final restart of the Coke Zero Sugar 400, Harrison Burton lined up on the front row with Kyle Busch to his inside. Both drivers, hungry for a win, punched the gas in the restart zone trying to out-duel one another for the race lead. The No. 21 Dex Imaging Ford Mustang Dark Horse relied on a massive push from Parker Retzlaff in the No. 62 to get the first position. From there, it was all about blocking the advances from the two-time NASCAR Cup Series Champion.

Though there was a concern about a double-yellow line rule violation, Harrison Burton successfully maintained the lead and crossed the line first.
Not only did the Huntersville, North Carolina native become the first driver born after January 1, 2000, to win a NASCAR Cup Series race, but he also captured the coveted 100th victory for Wood Brothers Racing. With his future uncertain, the significance of this win for the 23-year-old cannot be understated now that his win has locked him into the playoffs.
