ThorSport Racing Confirms 2024 NASCAR Truck Series Lineup

On Wednesday, ThorSport Racing — the team responsible for winning two of the last three championships in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series — confirmed its driver lineup for the 2024 campaign.

With the exception of the organization’s No. 13 Ford F-150, which was assigned to Jake Garcia in an announcement earlier this month, the full-time driver lineup will remain unchanged for ThorSport Racing for the upcoming season.

Matt Crafton, Ty Majeski, and Ben Rhodes will each return to ThorSport Racing for the 2024 NASCAR Truck Series campaign, piloting the same Ford F-150 entries that they occupied last season.

Crafton, the all-time leader in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts, will return to the driver’s seat of the No. 88 Ford F-150 in 2024, marking the 20th consecutive season in which the Tulare, California-native will compete full-time for ThorSport Racing.

In 544 starts, Crafton has recorded 15 victories, 134 top-fives, and 321 top-10s, an unbelievable statline that allowed the 48-year-old racer to collect series championships in 2013, 2014, and 2019.

Majeski, a three-time winner in the NASCAR Truck Series and the most recent winner of the Snowball Derby, will continue to pilot the No. 98 Ford F-150 in his third consecutive full-season campaign for ThorSport Racing.

Since joining the team part-time in 2021, the Seymour, Wisconsin-native has recorded three wins, 18 top-fives, and 31 top-10 finishes. In 2024, the 29-year-old driver will look to become the third champion for ThorSport Racing in the last six seasons.

Finally, Ben Rhodes, the two-time and defending champion of the series, will return to his typical post in the No. 99 Ford F-150 for 2024, contesting his ninth full-time campaign for ThorSport Racing, in which time he’s secured seven victories.

The Louisville, Kentucky native has spent the majority of his NASCAR Truck Series career stationed in Sandusky, Ohio, picking up 56 top-five and 103 top-10 results in 187 starts in NASCAR’s third-tier division.

On top of the organization’s four now-confirmed full-time competitors, Conner Jones will return for a part-time stint in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series in 2024, piloting the No. 66 Ford F-150 — a fifth entry for ThorSport Racing.

Last season, Jones ran a nine-race schedule for ThorSport Racing in the NASCAR Truck Series, which resulted in a single top-15 result at Bristol Motor Speedway, and four top-20 finishes.

Additional details, including sponsorship, personnel, and schedule of events for Conner Jones in his part-time NASCAR Truck Series campaign, will come at a later date.
