Ben Rhodes Wins Stage 1 at Phoenix

Ben Rhodes’ 2019 NASCAR Gander Outdoors struck Series season hasn’t gone to plan, but on Friday night’s Lucas Oil 150 at ISM Raceway at Phoenix, Rhodes scored the Stage 1 win.

Chandler Smith, driving the No. 46 Kyle Busch Motorsports Toyota Tundra, was second.

Championship contenders Matt Crafton, Ross Chastain and Brett Moffitt finishes third through fifth in Stage 1.

Todd Gilliland, who won a couple of weeks ago in Martinsville was sixth.

Pole sitter Austin Hill, who is also battling for a championship was seventh.

Grant Enfinger, Stewart Friesen and Johnny Sauter rounded out the top-10 in Stage 1.
