Michael McDowell on Ty Gibbs: “He was lucky to finish the race”

Michael McDowell took exception to how Ty Gibbs ran him in the NASCAR All-Star Open. After the two made contact, which ruined McDowell’s shot at a win, McDowell retaliated by slowing Gibbs. McDowell says Gibbs was lucky to finish the race.
