Kevin Harvick on racing oval in wet conditions: “A lot More Tolerable Than I Thought”

After racing Saturday night’s NASCAR All-Star Heat Race at North Wilkesboro in wet conditions with the wet weather tire, Kevin Harvick admits that racing in the wet on an oval was more tolerable than he thought it would be. Harvick even offers up what he thinks would improve the tires even more for next time.
