Video: Anthony Alfredo, Jeb Burton Get Into Heated Discussion on Pit Road Post-Race at Charlotte’s ROVAL

Jeb Burton and Anthony Alfredo, teammates at Our Motorsports, weren’t terribly pleased with each other after the conclusion of Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series event at Charlotte Motor Speedway’s ROVAL, and engaged in a heated discussion on pit road after the race. Screenshot taken from video.

As Darrell Waltrip would say: ‘Ohhhhh, that’s a teammate.”

After a close-quarters double-overtime finish to the NASCAR Xfinity Series event at Charlotte Motor Speedway’s ROVAL, it’s understandable that things were getting heated up and down pit road post-race.

However, when it comes to the instance of Jeb Burton and Anthony Alfredo, the frustration likely isn’t a result of the double-overtime, or even an instance of hyper-aggressive racing in the final 25 percent of the race, but rather an incident at the start of stage three.

The accident, which caused significant damage to Burton’s No. 27 Arrowhead Brass Chevrolet Camaro, happened when Alfredo made contact with his Our Motorsports teammate in Turn 6, causing Burton to spin and get clobbered by Marco Andretti.

After the race was finished, the teammates decided to get together for a spirited discussion on pit road, where it appears that neither party was in agreement with what went down during the 250-mile contest.

By the end of the discussion, captured on camera by, neither party seemed overly excited about the presence of the other, although Alfredo was wearing a smile on his face, albeit a tongue-in-cheek one.
