Daniel Suarez will remain a piece of Trackhouse Racing’s NASCAR Cup Series program for a third consecutive season, with the organization announcing that the Monterrey, Mexico-native has been signed for 2023.

Suarez – who captured his first career win in the NASCAR Cup Series at Sonoma this season – will return to Trackhouse Racing for what will be his seventh year full-time at NASCAR’s top level.

Having bounced around to three different organizations in the first four years of his Cup Series career, Suarez has found a home at Trackhouse Racing, the team that was built around his presence in 2021.

Through the first 25 events of the year, Suarez has had a breakout campaign, with the driver of the No. 99 recording one win, as well as six top-five finishes – a single-season high – and 10 top-10s.

For the first time in his career, Suarez is guaranteed a spot in the 2022 Playoffs, where he will compete alongside his Trackhouse Racing teammate Ross Chastain, for the championship.

This is a developing story. Additional details and quotes will be added when released.
