Post-race technical inspection following Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway has been completed.

Martin Truex Jr.’s race-winning No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry has passed. As a result, NASCAR has declared Truex the official winner of the race. This marks Truex’s third NCS win of the 2021 season and the 30th victory of his career.

Joey Logano’s No. 22 car had two unsecured lug nuts in post-race tech, which should result in a monetary fine and one race suspension for his crew chief Paul Wolfe.

Chris Buescher’s No. 17 car has one unsecured lug nut, which will result in a monetary fine for the crew chief.

No other issues were discovered in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings are now considered official.

Kyle Busch’s No. 18 car, William Byron’s No. 24 car, Kevin Harvick’s No. 4 car, Ryan Blaney’s No. 12 car and Tyler Reddick’s No. 8 car will go back to the NASCAR R&D center for further inspection.
