On Tuesday Night, Timmy Hill joined SiriusXM NASCAR Radio’s “The Late Shift” with Brad Gillie, Brad Daugherty and Jeff Hammond to discuss his racing plans for the 2021 season, which include schedules in the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

Most notably, the Port Tobacco, Maryland-native announced his intentions to run for points in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, with his MBM Motorsports entry swapping between Toyotas and Fords throughout the 33-race schedule.

Driving for MBM Motorsports, Hill scored a pair of top-10 runs in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2020, highlighted by an impressive third-place finish in the season-opener at Daytona International Speedway – the best finish for MBM Motorsports in the team’s history.

In addition to his full slate in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, the 27-year-old will continue to act as an owner-driver in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, splitting driving duties of the Hill Motorsports No. 56 – which will compete in all 22 events — with younger brother Tyler Hill.

Hill scored two top-10 finishes with the organization’s entry last season, while the brothers combined for a total of five top-15 finishes – more than doubling the total number of top-15 finishes the team had entering the 2020 campaign.

The 10-year NASCAR National Series veteran will continue to “sprinkle” some Cup events into his schedule, including the 2021 DAYTONA 500 – as previously announced by MBM Motorsports team owner Carl Long.
