NASCAR Cup Series driver Christopher Bell has returned back under the Joe Gibbs Racing banner for 2021, and will bring a long-time partner with him to the No. 20 Cup Series Camry.

Rheem, a global leader and manufacturer of heating and cooling products, will return to Joe Gibbs Racing for Bell’s second full-time Cup Series season.

Terms of the agreement were not immediately released, however it is likely that Rheem could take the role of the anchor sponsor.

Rheem and Bell have already established a winning relationship when it comes to competing in NASCAR.

In the 74 races over three seasons that Bell spent in the Xfinity Series, he won a total of 16 races with 14 of those races being sponsored by Rheem, and their brands such as Ruud. A vast majority of those races were also backed by Rheem and partners.

When Bell received the promotion to the Cup Series, Rheem followed as the anchor sponsor for the No. 95 Camry.

Bell had a rollercoaster of a 2020 Cup Series season, his first at NASCAR’s premier level. While he brought home the No. 95 Camry to seven top-10 finishes, the team struggled to find any real balance of consistency.  Bell scored a personal best finish of third at Texas in November.
