Brett Moffitt will be the third driver announced to join NIECE Motorsports’ NASCAR Camping World Truck Series program for the 2021 season, joining Carson Hocevar and Ryan Truex as the team’s three currently announced full-time drivers.

The 2018 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Champion announced the news on Knoxville Speedway’s Wednesday Night’s with Wade.

Moffitt will drive the No. 45 Chevrolet Silverado for NIECE Motorsports in all 22 races in 2021. Moffitt will compete for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series championship.

The Grimes, Iowa-native has already confirmed his full-time schedule with Our Motorsports, piloting the No. 02 Chevrolet Camaro in 2021.

With brand new schedules for both the Xfinity Series and Camping World Truck Series in 2021, Moffitt will be able to run double-duty in 16 events, along with three races scheduled during an off week in the Xfinity Series schedule.

The 28-year-old will run into logistical problems when running events at Knoxville, World Wide Technology Raceway and Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, as the NASCAR Xfinity Series is scheduled to run events at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Michigan International Speedway and Darlington Raceway, respectively.
