Clay Greenfield and his No. 68 Clay Greenfield Racing team will return for the 2021 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season. Greenfield confirmed the news on Twitter on Monday.

As it stands, Greenfield has sponsorship from Rackley Roofing for at least three races in 2021. He is seeking additional sponsorship and even funded drivers to fill the remainder of the slate for his team.

Clay Greenfield’s 2020 season did not get off to the most incredible start as the driver of the No. 68 truck failed to qualify for the opening event of the season at Daytona International Speedway. However, after that disappointment, Greenfield went on to compete in 19 of the 23 races, which is a career-high for the 36-year old.

Greenfield, who had the legendary Jeff Hammond as his crew chief this past season, had a best finish of 14th, which came at Talladega Superspeedway. The Tennessee-native finished 22nd in Truck Series driver points last season.
