Kevin Harvick Dominates Stage 2 of Sunday Michigan Race, Takes Third Stage Win of Weekend

Well, it may be a tough remainder of the NASCAR Cup Series Consumers Energy 400 at Michigan International Speedway for the rest of the field.

Kevin Harvick, who started in 20th after an invert of the finishing order from Saturday, worked his way to the front in Stage 2 and never looked back. Harvick led 38 laps en-route to the Stage 2 win, this marks his third Stage win of the weekend and fifth Stage Win of 2020. Now, he looks to nab his second-consecutive race victory.

Michigan-native Brad Keselowski, who finished second on Saturday, was second in Stage 2. He is looking to become the first Michigan-born driver to win at MIS.

Kyle Busch was third in the Stage, rookie Christopher Bell was fourth and Clint Bowyer, who won Stage 1, was fifth.

Denny Hamlin, Erik Jones, Aric Almirola, Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney rounded out the top-10 finishers in Stage 2 of Sunday’s Cup Series race at Michigan.
