Donald Trump / Mike Pence 2020 Campaign Will Be Primary Sponsor of Two NASCAR Teams in Daytona

As Donald Trump prepares for Tuesday’s State of the Union Address, news has come out that his re-election campaign will be the primary sponsor on two NASCAR vehicles during the upcoming race weekend at Daytona International Speedway.

The sponsorship comes from the Patriots PAC of America, not from Trump’s direct re-election campaign.

Ray DallaRosa from Patriots PAC of America has told TobyChristie.com that the goal of his group’s NASCAR sponsorship campaign is to get more NASCAR fans to register to vote and head to the polls in November as President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence seek re-election.

DallaRosa says that if fans would like more information on the program, he encourages them to head to the Race Fans for Trump 2020 website, or the official website of the Patriots PAC of America.

The Trump / Pence 2020 logo along with a slick patriotic paint scheme will be plastered on Joe Nemechek’s No. 47 Chevrolet Camaro SS which will be fielded by Mike Harmon Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series season-opening event at Daytona International Speedway.

Nemechek, 56, hails from Florida and he is a 20-time winner in the NASCAR National Series ranks, including 16-times in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Additionally, Nemechek took the 1992 Championship in the Series.

DallaRosa and the Patriots PAC of America hopes Nemechek can keep the Trump tradition of winning going in a couple of weeks at Daytona.

Florida is, of course, a crucial State in presidential elections and is listed by the website FiveThirtyEight as one of the 12 perennial swing states.

Trump / Pence 2020, by way of the Patriots PAC of America, will also be on the No. 03 Chevrolet Silverado truck that will be driven by Tim Viens in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series event at Daytona.

Viens faces a steep uphill battle if he wants to make it into what should be a packed field of drivers battling for 32 starting positions in the Truck Series race. But just as Trump ultimately battled from the underdog position in the 2016 United States Presidential Election to become President, the group hopes for the same end result from Viens.

Regardless, the No. 03 will have the patented beautiful red, white and blue colors adorning it’s truck.

This is not the first time that Trump’s political campaign has been featured on a NASCAR race car.

In 2015, Korbin Forrister featured an Elect Donald Trump paint scheme on his No. 7 truck.

In the 2016 season Austin Wayne Self featured the campaign on his No. 22 truck. Trump’s name was also plastered on the No. 55 Toyota Camry in the NASCAR Cup Series that year as well.

The end result? Donald J. Trump became the 45th president of the United States. Patriots PAC of America will attempt to help aid Trump’s bid for a second term with this foray into NASCAR sponsorship.
