Kyle Busch led wire-to-wire in Stage 1 of Saturday’s Zippo 200 at Watkins Glen.

After starting from the pole, Busch was passed by Austin Cindric on the initial start of the race, but going into the inner-loop, Busch powered back to the lead. He never looked back.

Christopher Bell finished the Stage in second, Jeremy Clements was third, Justin Haley ended lap 20 in fourth and Ryan Blaney was fifth.

Ryan Preece finished sixth in the Stage, Noah Gragson was seventh, Ryan Sieg, Tyler Reddick and Gray Gaulding rounded out the top-10 finishers.

Justin Allgaier was sent for a ride into the tire barrier after contact from Ross Chastain to bring out a late-stage caution. Allgaier returned to the track, caught Chastain and sent Chastain for a ride of his own.

Allgaier ended the Stage 13th, while Chastain is now out of the race.
