Practice Sessions Cancelled Due To Rain

The rain has been persistent enough this morning and early afternoon to force NASCAR to cancel the two practice sessions for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series for today. This is not good for some drivers as a lot of people focused purely on qualifying in the one practice session we have had thus far.

This is bad news, but again the good news is that the weather should dry up around 2:30 pm local (Central) time, and stay that way for six to eight hours. This means we should get the NASCAR Nationwide Series race in hopefully. Stay tuned for updates.
